Safe-U provides scheduled digital telehealth consultations, wellness guidance, and partner doctor services. Our platform is NOT intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a severe or life-threatening medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or call your local emergency services immediately.
The information available on the Safe-U website is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By visiting, registering, or using any part of the Safe-U platform (including website, mobile applications, or teleconsultation portals), you agree to adhere to the following core responsibilities:
Use our services responsibly and in strict compliance with all applicable local and national laws.
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete health and personal information during registration and consultations.
Respect the privacy, dignity, and intellectual/digital rights of medical professionals and other platform users.
Understand that online teleconsultations complement, but do not replace, primary or emergency in-person medical care.
If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue access and use of our services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, book a consultation, or purchase prescribed products through Safe-U. By submitting any request on this platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws.
Safe-U operates a platform connecting patients with independent, licensed medical practitioners (urologists, sexologists, therapists, and gynecologists).
When interacting with our medical staff, customer support, or platform systems, you agree NOT to:
Use abusive, harassing, obscene, or threatening language during audio or video sessions with medical practitioners.
Provide false medical history, impersonate another individual, or use unauthorized payment methods.
Record, broadcast, or publish audio/video of consultations without express written consent from the healthcare provider.
Attempt to breach data security, introduce malicious code, or scrape platform data.
Consultation fees are displayed prior to booking confirmation. All payments must be completed online via our authorized payment partners.
All logos, brand assets, software code, educational content, graphics, and trademarks displayed on Safe-U are the exclusive property of Safe-U Health Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safe-U and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform or services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
